Visiting the website

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time and page requested in order to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Hosting: The website is operated and delivered by Lovable Labs Incorporated (USA). Form entries and appointment bookings are stored in a database operated by Supabase Inc. (USA). Emails are sent via Lovable's email service.

Cookies and consent

As strictly necessary storage, we only keep your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage, 12 months). We set marketing and statistics cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer. The product videos are served from our own server, not via YouTube or other platforms.

Contact enquiries

When you write to us, we process your details in order to answer the enquiry (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no retention obligations apply.

Appointment booking

When you book an appointment online, we process your details in order to arrange and hold the initial conversation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no contract results, we delete the data once the conversation has concluded.

Campaign parameters

If you reach us via an ad, we store in your browser for the duration of your visit (sessionStorage) which ad or campaign brought you to the site (utm parameters, Google click IDs such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid). If you send an enquiry or book an appointment, we store these details with your enquiry in order to evaluate the success of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). With your marketing consent, we keep these details in your browser for up to 90 days.

Google Ads and conversion tracking

With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google sets cookies for this (e.g. _gcl_aw, stored for up to 90 days) and learns that you booked an appointment or sent an enquiry after clicking an ad. We use Google's Consent Mode v2; without your consent the Google tag is not loaded. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Enhanced conversions and matching with enquiries

If you have consented to marketing cookies, we send your email address and phone number to Google in hashed form (SHA-256, not readable) when you book or send an enquiry, so that Google can attribute the conversion to an ad click (enhanced conversions). We may also later inform Google whether an enquiry led to an order, together with the click ID and the hashed contact details. Google uses this data only for attribution and then deletes it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Transfer to third countries

The service providers named are based in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
